I primarily practice real estate law. I help with boundary disputes, deeds, sales, purchases, recovery of unpaid debts, construction contract drafting, construction disputes, closing assistance, PML mortgage loan representation, nonjudicial and judicial foreclosures, basic SEC compliance, various other real estate questions and contracts and even referrals.
